Legacies
You can help local animals by remembering the RSPCA Hants & Surrey Border Branch when making your will.
All legacy income is important to us. Even if your personal circumstances allow you to leave just a small sum of money to us you will be contributing to the worthwhile cause of helping abused, abandoned or injured animals in our area.
A legacy or bequest will provide crucial funds – we could not carry out our work without such generous support.
If you are making a will, please remember that the RSPCA Hants & Surrey Border Branch and all RSPCA branches are separately registered charities. So if you would like the animals in your local area to benefit, we respectfully suggest that your legacy wording reads:
“I give, devise and bequeath to the RSPCA Hants & Surrey Border Branch (registered charity no. 201291), 8 The Parade, Wharf Road, Ash Vale, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU12 5AZ, the sum of £….. or the whole (or share) of my residuary estate for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the Receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer of the charity shall be sufficient discharge of the said legacy.”
